When it comes to being clever with cookies, owner Debbie Guillot has earned a degree–literally! “When I decided to purchase the franchise for the northshore market, I had to attend cookie college in Dallas,” says Guillot.

All cookies are made using either their ever-popular sugar-shortbread recipe, or one of a variety of gourmet choices, including chocolate chip, peanut butter and oatmeal.
