Dan Ellis
Dan Ellis calls
himself an historiographer and scrutinier, a writer of history with
authenticity. His numerous books focus on the history of the Gulf
Coast. Dans weekend residence for 25 years, in Pass Christian, became
his permanent home in 1990. He is active in many civic organizations, contributes
to a variety of publications and serves as president of the Gulf Coast Writers
Association.
Kimberlynne Kraemer-LaMarca
Kim considers herself fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom. Her main hobby is watching her children play sports. A trip to Madisonville for her sons baseball game provided the inspiration for Kims tribute to her father, which she wrote in honor of both Fathers Day and his June birthday. Kim, her husband and their three children live in Ponchatoula.
